For services, compliance with the duties under the Act is supervised by the Czech Trade Inspection Authority (ČOI); for electronic communications services by the Czech Telecommunication Office (ČTÚ), for services providing access to audiovisual media services by the Council for Radio and Television Broadcasting (Rada pro rozhlasové a televizní vysílání, RRTV), and for passenger transport services covered by § 2(2)(f) and (g) by the authorities listed in § 19(2)(c) to (g) of the Act, such as the rail authority (Drážní úřad) or the civil aviation authority (Úřad pro civilní letectví). BFSG · Germany
Accessibility under the BFSG
Inkluso checks websites against WCAG 2.1 AA and maps every finding to the German Accessibility Strengthening Act (Barrierefreiheitsstärkungsgesetz, BFSG), with an auditable PDF report (timestamp and SHA-256 hash) and an automatically generated accessibility statement. For e-commerce, consumer banking services, and travel and ticketing services in the EU, and for the agencies that build websites for providers of these services. Microenterprises (fewer than 10 employees and at most EUR 2 million in annual turnover or balance sheet total) are exempt for services, but not for products.
The BFSG has applied since 28 June 2025; the market surveillance authority (MLBF) has been operating nationwide since September 2025 and can request your accessibility information. The statutory maximum fine for offering or providing a service contrary to § 14(1) BFSG is EUR 100,000 (§ 37(1) no. 8 and (2) BFSG). BaFG · Austria
Accessibility under the BaFG
Inkluso checks websites against WCAG 2.1 AA / EN 301 549 and maps every finding to the Austrian Accessibility Act (Barrierefreiheitsgesetz, BaFG, BGBl. I Nr. 76/2023). The BaFG has applied since 28 June 2025. You get an auditable PDF report with a timestamp and SHA-256 hash, plus an automatically generated accessibility statement. Clause-level mapping to the BaFG is active in the report and is chosen independently of the report language. As of 22 October 2026, no version of EN 301 549 is cited in the Official Journal of the EU under Directive (EU) 2019/882, so it gives no presumption of conformity under the EAA (Art. 15(1)).

Inkluso is built by HEXENKRAFT, a small RegTech lab in Prague. The scanner runs on real Chromium with axe-core; the servers sit at Hetzner in Germany.
An automaton checks about 30 to 40 percent of WCAG criteria. The rest is human work, and the report separates the two so you know what is done and what is still ahead.
Every finding has a fix, legal findings also carry the statute, and the most serious ones a screenshot. The report has a timestamp, the engine version and a SHA-256 digest, so you can show what you checked and when.
