What happened on 28 June 2025?
The European Accessibility Act (EAA) came into force. Online shops, digital services, banks and telecommunications companies must ensure that their websites and apps are accessible to people with disabilities. This applies to you too, unless you are a micro-enterprise. The exemption covers only micro-enterprises providing services: fewer than 10 employees, and annual turnover or balance sheet total of no more than 2 million euros.
Statutory maximum fine in Germany (BFSG §37): up to €100,000. In practice, authorities first call for remediation. Have your evidence ready before the request arrives.

Barrierefreiheit nach dem BFSG
Inkluso prüft Websites gegen WCAG 2.1 AA und ordnet jeden Verstoß dem deutschen Barrierefreiheitsstärkungsgesetz (BFSG) zu, mit einem prüffähigen PDF-Bericht (Zeitstempel und SHA-256-Hash) und einer automatisch erstellten Barriereerklärung. Für E-Commerce, Banken, Versicherungen sowie Reise- und Ticketdienste in der EU und für die Agenturen, die ihre Websites bauen. Kleinstunternehmen (unter 10 Beschäftigte und höchstens 2 Mio. Euro Jahresumsatz) sind bei Dienstleistungen ausgenommen, nicht aber bei Produkten.
Das BFSG gilt seit dem 28. Juni 2025; die Marktüberwachung (MLBF) ist seit Januar 2026 aktiv und kann die Barriereerklärung anfordern. Barrierefreiheit nach dem BaFG
Inkluso prüft Websites gegen WCAG 2.1 AA / EN 301 549, den Standard, den das österreichische Barrierefreiheitsgesetz (BaFG, BGBl. I Nr. 76/2023) übernimmt. Das BaFG gilt seit dem 28. Juni 2025. Sie erhalten einen prüffähigen PDF-Bericht mit Zeitstempel und SHA-256-Hash sowie eine automatisch erstellte Barrierefreiheitserklärung. Die klauselgenaue Zuordnung zum BaFG ist im Bericht aktiv und wird unabhängig von der Berichtssprache gewählt. Die Zitierung der EN 301 549 im Amtsblatt der EU steht weiterhin aus, eine formale Konformitätsvermutung entsteht daher nicht.
Zuständig ist das Bundesamt für Soziales und Behindertenwesen (Sozialministeriumservice).

Dostanete auditovateľnú PDF správu s časovou pečiatkou a SHA-256 hashom a automaticky vygenerované vyhlásenie o prístupnosti. Klauzulové priradenie k zákonu č. 351/2022 Z. z. je v správe aktívne a vyberá sa nezávisle od jazyka správy. Citovanie normy EN 301 549 v Úradnom vestníku EÚ stále chýba, formálna domnienka zhody preto nevzniká.
